Catalina was WONDERFUL about responding with all the information we asked for, and much that we didn't know we needed until she suggested it.  She also was very personable and personal, making me feel that there was a real person who cared about our trip as much as we did.  She also called our hotel in Quito after our return from La Selva to see if everything had gone as planned.  That was SO nice!

Fiorella met us at the airport twice to transport us to our hotel.  We had been warned by tour books about the dangers in the Quito airport, and being met by her relieved another worry.  She was also very warm and personal, making us feel very welcome.  She also stayed with us until we were checked in and found the room to our satisfaction.

In all our travels we have never had such warm, personal, and very competent service from a travel agency.  If everyone is treated so well, Ecuador will soon be overflowing with happy tourists!    Many thanks to all.  We would love to return to Ecuador. You have so much to offer.”

I specially appreciate the excellent service of Catalina Lemos, who arranged everything for us on the trip to Quito and the Galapagos, Ecuador. I found Ecuador Travel Site after e-mailing to a number of agents, who could not book us on any acceptable ship for the Galapagos because March was a busy season. But I was surprised that Catalina could find us two suites on the Galapagos Legend, the ship I really wanted. Having made the booking, naturally I was worried. How can Catalina make such a booking when all the other agents said the ship was full? What would happen if after traveling such a long way to Ecuador from Hong Kong just to find that the ship accommodation was not there, or no one would turn up to meet us at Quito, or everything promised was just not true? But my fears proved to be needless, when we saw <E.T.S representative>, who met us at the airport with a welcoming smile, and when came to the hotel to take us on tour the next morning."
